If you do not have enough room in your mouth for your wisdom teeth to erupt into proper position it is best to have them removed before the wisdom teeth are fully developed. For some patients this may be as early as 13 or 14, for others it may be much later. Neglecting the issue may not only increase suffering, but it may lead to more serious dental problems.
3 warning signs of impacted wisdom teeth:
Swollen and/or tender gums
Pain or swelling around your jaw
Bad breath or an unpleasant taste in your mouth
If you are concerned that you may need your wisdom teeth removed, make a consultation as soon as possible.
